Mr Pen Repair Service

Our repair service accepts any make of pen for repair or service. We also accept old much loved writing instruments. Please note the following:
  • Pack the pen carefully, wrap the pen in tissue or bubble wrap and use a padded postal envelope if possible.
  • Send Post Office "Special Delivery" if the pen is valuable or at the very least "Recorded".
  • The average repair costs £20 + VAT plus parts and return delivery. However if you would like a quote before proceeding, please indicate.
  • Repairs can take 10 days +
  • MrPen sends pens to the workshops by 1st Class Post for convenience and to keep costs low. In the unlikely event that a pen should get lost during transit no liability for such loss can be attributed to MrPen. In the event that you wish to insure your pen against loss in post then the charge is £12.00 which covers the three journeys (outward to workshops, back to us for checking and outward to you the customer). Maximum claim under Royal Mail rules is £250.00.
